Tequila Pancho Datos collaborates with Ixchel London as part of their latest monthly Lunar Series with their cocktail special: the ‘Strawberry Moon’.
Strawberry Moon is created by Head Beverages Manager, Manuel Lema and 90s supermodel and Pancho Datos brand ambassador Jodie Kidd is only available till July 21st, perfectly timed for the summer season as well as the Wimbledon festivities.

Under the guidance of Mexican Head Chef Ximena Gayosso, Ixchel’s sharing concept menu showcases high quality ingredients to ensure an unrivalled dining experience.
The ‘Strawberry Moon’ cocktail is the latest creation in Ixchel’s Lunar Series, which introduces an exclusive dish and cocktail each month to celebrate the full moon.
This special cocktail features Pancho Datos Tequila, a premium 100% Blue Weber agave tequila known for its rich history and exceptional flavour profile.
This is then combined with a fresh strawberry puree, fresh lime juice, agave syrup and double cream – for a cocktail that is as refreshing as it is indulgent.

The ‘Strawberry Moon’ cocktail is available from June 21st for a month, until the next full moon 21st July at Ixchel Chelsea.
