Chevre grillee (warm goats cheese served on toasted croutons, drizzled with virgin olive oil and dressed with walnuts)
Calamare provencal (baby squid cooked in a tomato, chilli, garlic and black olive sauce)

Filets de sole sauce homard et crevettes (fresh fillets of sole poached in a lobster, prawn and cream sauce)
Cotelettes d'agneau (grilled lamb chops in a white wine and fresh rosemary sauce)
Lasagne al forno (baked layers of pasta filled with spinach and ricotta cheese)
Aubergine al forno (baked layers of fresh aubergine filled with mozzarella, parmezan cheese and tomato sauce)
Poulet aux raisins (sautéed breast of chicken finished in champagne and cream, topped with fresh grapes)
Traditional fishcakes (finely chopped salmon, crab meat, white fish and fresh herbs, blended and fried in our home-made breadcrumbs)
