British Coastal chic comes to Searcys at the Gherkin as it unveils its summer pop-up in partnership with the award-winning Tarquin’s Cornish Gin.

Taking place on level 40 of the iconic landmark building, the Iris bar by Searcys is bringing the beach to the City.

Searcys spaces have been reimagined to feature a sea of blue and white with the bar boasting its very own beach hut bar. There are floral displays throughout, including a feature wall of botanicals, and a striking Tarquin’s tower, featuring the gin’s iconic blue bottles. 

Created by Tarquin’s exclusively for Searcys, guests will sip limited-edition G&T serves, also available as a tasting trio and served on a bespoke surf-board platter. Tipples include Rhubarb and raspberry, Cornish sunshine blood orangeand Strawberry and lime, all served with Franklin & Sons tonic. 

There’s also an exclusive gin masterclass with Tarquin’s founder, Tarquin Leadbetter. Taking place from 6.30pm on Wednesday 26th July, there’s a welcome G&T in one of the sky-high private dining rooms before a bespoke session sampling the award-winning gins and learning how to make the perfect gin cocktail, accompanied by sharing platters by Searcys (£79pp).
