Pho in Brighton - very reliable quality and atmosphere in Pho, they have not lost the freshness which is the essence of Vietnamese cooking, or the breezy waiting style. Only negative thing was my friends vegetarian soup had chicken in it ! This is not the first time either. People take vegetarianism seriously - so must restaurants that claim to offer vegetarian dishes. So the food gets a 5, which is shame because otherwise it would have been 8.

We had a reasonable meal in Pho - not stunning, some of it not as tasty as I would have expected and not somewhere I'd rush back to

pho brighton, this was mine and my friends first time to this restaurant and we were looking for something a little healthier for after new years. i had the brisket pho and she had the tofu curry, and she said it was the best meal she had eaten in a long time! i enjoyed by pho soup (a savoury rice noodle soup) but given another choice would have had a different meat because the brisket wasnt what i thought it was. delicious flavours though and fast service. Will come back!

A nice place to eat but we found the menu quite limited and the service a little slow.

Pho. Brighton. As a group of 10 we were well looked after. Food was good, as expected, and the service was excellent

Pho Brighton was, as always, an excellent venue with delicious food and excellent service.

The food here is good. However, Pho does not actually honour bookings from Toptable! Luckily, they were kind enough to find us a table, which was for an important dinner with work colleagues.

My second trip to pho in brighton was as good as the first - greeted warmly and waited on with a smile. The spring rolls are fantastic and all of the mains have a good flavour. Had a good time.

Pho in Brighton is definitely worth a visit if you like South East Asian food, but are looking for something a bit different to your usual Thai green curry. Vietnamese is my favourite of these cuisines and I really enjoyed our meal. Very fresh tasting and I loved that the chillies, lime and herbs being provided sperarate of the soup as this really gives an authentic feel. Good value too if you eat before 6pm as you can get 2 courses for £9.50.

Really good place, my only gripe was the service. You dont get one waiter/ess so some are good, some not so. Didnt appreciate the waiter arguing with me over my dietary preferences!! But all in all had a lovely evening

Brilliant food so nuce tp try soneghing different! The portions are massive too so great value for money! Will definately be goibg back.

As a birthday meal out with the family of an age range of 7 months to 74 years old Pho of Brighton catered for all tastes. The clean but warm contemporary interior provided an enticing environment although very different from my memory of street eateries in Vietnam it acknowledged it's roots in the choice and colours of materials rather than a pastiche of originality. Somewhat formulaic menu, each dish however was recreated with care, attention and love. We will visit again.

Very hard to get service - we had to literally flag them down every time we wanted to place an order, get another drink or get the bill and then they tried to pressure us into giving a tip at the end of the meal by standing over us and watching as we bypassed the gratuity section on the machine.

Enjoyed the spring rolls at Pho (both the soft and crispy ones), and also liked the prawn noodles. The tofu and mushroom curry was bland however. The homemade lemonade and rice wine was great and should be tried. Service was polite and prompt. Only thing is its a casual place where at times you can be placed next to strangers on a large table (but there are lots of separate tables as well which you can ask for).

Brighton Pho Great meal, fresh flavours, good size portions. Staff knowledgeable to make recommendations. Will definitely suggest to friends and return myself

Pho Brighton was busy, electic, the food was simple but tasty and the service was great.

This is the second time I have been to Pho and the food is excellent. Really fresh and delicious. The first time I went the service was good, this time it was less good, but then the restaurant was absolutely packed. Really recommended!
