The menu is updated traditional, too, with dishes like starter of fan, rose, and tian of melon with a honey, raspberry and mint fondue, main course of fillet of sole meuniere with baby capers, lemon, shallots and parsley, and witty dessert of Mars bar mousse, soft fruits and chocolate pencils.
