Booked a table for two at the Loft Lounge, Birmingham for an early, pre-theater meal and it completely fitted the bill. Food was tasty (can recommend the Wild Boar Sausages!), the restaurant area was quiet but due to the popular bar/lounge and music the ambience was good. The service staff were welcoming and the food was served in good time (which is just what we needed). I can definitely recommend the Loft Lounge for a casual, easy, relaxed meal with friends.

We booked the Loft lounge in Birmingham as we had been there before and were pleased with the food and dining area.

This time we were seated in the main bar area rather than the dining area. We arrived to find the music to loud not letting us hear each other. The menu was a bit limited not helped by the fact what I wanted they had run out of.

All in all the evening was ok, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either.

We will return to give it another try.

We have not been to the Loft Lounge for a few years. Just had a good 3 course meal for 2 with wine off the a la carte menu total cost £63.00. Food quality very good. Service fine and not rushed. Restaurant decor perhaps a bit dark. Time for a re-think? Plenty of choice on the menu and the cost of starters, main and dessert fine. Would go back and well worth a visit for the good size portions. Bottle of rose was £14.95.

Very friendly service, good food at a competitive price

We had an excellent meal at the Loft Longe. The food was tasty, the service was efficient and the waiter was lovely. The atmosphere was also good, and the offer was very good value. I don't have a bad word to say about the place.

I took my partner to the Loft Lounge, Birmingham for a surprise for his birthday and was slightly worried as I'd not been there before but I'm glad we went, I absolutely loved the decor, the staff were really friendly and let us sit where ever we wanted and order even though we were very early, they accomendated everything we asked for, the food was spot on and there was a great atmosphere, music wasnt too quiet or too loud and I would definitely go back there next time I'm in Birmingham!

Went to the Loft Lounge in Birmingham. Good atmosphere and food very enjoyable. No mention of veggies and potatoes on chicken dish and seabase just mentioned veg so we went ahead and ordered some sides but ended up with far too much food, meals were fine without extras. The food came to the table very hot and service was faultless. Good night out would go again.

The service was really good and the food more than enough for anyone. Big servings! Especially nice as we had guests with us from London!

Loft Lounge Bromsgrove St Birmingham

All 3 of us enjoyed the whole experience, food was excellent, the service was fantastic. Value of money for food was realy good, it was just the drinks that added up to the expensive bill espicially the cocktails. Very clean toilets, just be aware that the locks in the womens toilet are not fully working so your going to have to use your fingers to close it. The atmosphere was realy welcoming. I highly recomended it and i coudn't say a bad name about it

Four of us went to Loft Lounge yest and had a great time! we went for the wine and dine menu which was good value - i had salmon fishcakes which were very bland unfortunately so much that i passed them on to my boyfriend to eat. my sea bass was okay-the others had the chicken which they really enjoyed. the best bit was the desserts - tequila and lime cheesecake and sticky toff pud - lovely.I've eaten here before and the food could be improved however the service and ambience is always fantastic!

The Loft Lounge is a great place to have a pre theatre meal. At £15.95 for 3 courses & wine it was excellent value. The food was great and the waitress was very attentive.

Loft Lounge - Birmingham What a great building...loved the decor. We went and tried the set-menu. On arrival our table was ready with the set menu on the table. Service was quick (to take order).......drinks were a bit slow to arrive, our starter was served before we got our first drink. Waitress was lovely. Value for money was excellent, food was gorgeous. Limited choice on set menu but we knew that before we arrived. Overall, well worth a visit.

The Loft is one of our regular restaurents. This time we tried their meal + glass of wine deal. It was 1st rate. The starters and desert were really excellent - roast potatoe soup - spooky but turned out to be great.. The main course very good. Service was attentive and relaxed. Go try!

Another super experience at the Loft Lounge. Touch of louche lounge in the decor and miami-vice style cocktail area adds to a different ambiance. Lots of different seating areas for a pre-post dinner cocktail. Well looked after by great waiter, nothing too much trouble for him. TT special meal is a limited choice but great value, plentiful and well cooked -not 1 or 2 but 3 fishcakes as a starter, fish with noodles dish was masterfully flavoured. With a glass of wine too its a good deal.

Loft Lounge in Birmingham. Food was excellent as was the service from the staff. I can thoroughly recommend this venue. We had a pre theatre meal before going to the Hippodrome with the current 3 courses for 15.95 inc glass of wine and it was ideal.

Really nice place heart of theatre land. Wednesday quiet but still enough people for atmpsphere. Food was well presented, wine decently chilled, tables nicely spaced, and a big one for testing any restaurant the toilets were immaculate and very modern. Top marks will go again when come back to birmingham.

Great restaurant at the centre pf birmingham. Great vale ad the sea bass cooked brilliantly! Fantastic staff really great! Definately eat at the loft again!

Loft Lounge in Birmingham. Came for a pre theatre meal. Service was quite slow, but reasonable and we got out in time. Lovely place for a drink. OK for food.

We had a very pleasant evening I would recommend this restaurant.

The Loft Lounge in Birmingham was great. Good atmosphere and the food was of a very high standard. Highly recommended.

A second visit to the Loft Lounge with friends. Much busier night, Saturday, so the service slipped a little. The chicken meal was not as good as the previous Beef Stir Fry. However, the buzzing atmosphere made up slight deficency. Another good night.

loved the food great value had the £14.195 offer waited a long time between dishes staff very pleasent and apologised several times about delay but we both enjoyed our meal and would recommend.

Food was really nice and well worth the money. Lovely setting with nice decor. (Big Tv screen was a little off putting) Really nice and friendly staff. Will be looking to go back next time we are in Birmingham.

Another tasty meal at the Loft Lounge on a great deal. Enjoyed chicken chorizo salad followed by steak stirfry and eton mess. The choices on the deal menu are fairly limited but I guess that’s what we should expect for a value offer in the centre of Birmingham. Happily recommend.

We booked to go to the Loft Lounge in Birmingham as it had a set menu of three courses and a glass of wine for £14.50.

The restuarant's decor was amazing. We hadn't seen the set menu before we booked and if I had I probably wouldn't have opted for it as the choices are very limited.

The waitress was helpful, the only thing I would say was that once we had finished our inclusive glass of wine we ordered a bottle of rose and she didn't change the glasses.

Would like to try the main menu

Not been here for a while, but it was great to be back. The new look is great, quality of food and service was second to none. Had a few requests and the new manager was more than happy to help, which made a great change from previous experiences. Will be back more often

I booked this table for New Years eve at least a month before. WHAT A MISTAKE. Food arrived before drinks. Our 3rd course enquiries were never answered. To top it all we were seated alone in the rear part of the restaraunt and they were re-arranging tables around us for most of the time we were there. I did complain to the GM and he "sort of saw my point" but to say he was completely uninterested would be an understatement.

Food was very good and the portions were massive. i would recommend this place. Service was good and i liked the way the restaurant was decorated.

Went to the Loft lounge, Birmingham with my daughter for her 21st Birthday. Found the place very welcoming with friendly staff, excellent food, and great value for money. Would not hesitate to go back.

Lovely decor andsurroudings. Meal excellent value and served with complementary glass of champagne. Excellent service, well recommended.

Surpassed my expectations for food and ambience at the Loft Lounge tonight. Deal was good value with Adam the barman could not be more helpful. Exterior seemed a bit naff but the service made up for it.

Loft Lounge, Birmingham is situated in a lovely gay part of the town. We had a set menu, all the food was nice, staff was very attentive. We all enjoyed the dinner in this place!

A great find for a business lunch!!! Lovely atmosphere, great contemporary decor, warm greeting from staff and the food was very nice too. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this restaurant.

Excellent. Worth going again!!

Loft Lounge Birmingham - not bad value for money with the top table voucher. Food was fairly decent however this is definitely a bar and not a restaurant (although we did go on a Saturday night). Not quite what we expected (!) but a perfectly enjoyable evening.

Nice food, generous portions, efficient service, and great value for money.

Bit noisy when I arrived (More of bar with a few tables for food than a fine dining experience as they had their back room booked for a private party), but generally a nice buzz about the place.

Havn't been to the Loft Birmingham for sometime so it was good to see things hadn't changed too much. A warm welcome as always and a friendly buzz is the hallmark of the place. The menu seems to have been trimmed which is a bit of a shame but the food quality is still very good. The Beverley Hills Ice Tea cocktail is still ...... er?? cant remember! - so they must have been great! We had Pizza and pasta really tasty, well priced and presented. Good to be back.

loft lounge, birmingham. fantastic as always. its always nice returning to a restaurant time and time again and still receiving the same level of service and quality of food. great surroundings, atmosphere and food. recommended for an after work no nonsense feed. no frills hearty and reasonably priced.

Loft Lounge, Birmingham, Fantastic service, food, drinks, atmosphere. We took our mothers and they thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I had the fish cakes and they were lovely, as always, my mother had the omelette and she loved it.. She enjoyed it so much we are returning there for her birthday meal. I highly recommend the Loft Lounge.
