Spice Quarter in Leeds was exactly as I imagined and exactly what the girls and I were looking for on a Saturday night. Unassuming and cheap, but good quality buffet food. £20 to fill our stomachs including a bottle of wine between three is not bad! I would not pick for a romatic evening for two, but for a good meal before hitting a few bars, it was perfect. Good for groups with different tastes as it is mostly Asian cuisine, but there's also Italian. Chocolate fountain went down very well!

Excellent service. Food was really nice :)

Went for lunch..and i'd say it was - perfect! good indian classical music in the background, great service, great value for money!

Great service, staff were very helpful and polite. The selection of food on offer is OK, but there are other buffets in town that have better variety. I have eaten here a few times now and although a great place to have a quick meal, it it just missing something that makes it special and deserving of a higher star rating.

Fabulous as per usual

Great Value for money as usual this is the one of many visits and always good quality.

The Spice Quarter - Leeds

The place is trying to be something different by having a buffet offering Indian, Thai and Italian food but it doesn't work. They would be better off ditching the idea of a "build your own" pizza and concentrate on producing better quality Indian food. I was recommended to try it but would not revisit as I always find Indian food on a buffet rather bland and under spiced.

Spice Quarter, Leeds is an all you can eat restaurant. The is a good choice of pre-prepared food, and made to order food.

Maybe it was a 'slow night' but the food looked as though it had been sat for hours. Very much like a canteen, cheap yes, but not necessarily value for money. Kitchen area was very messy, not convinced hygiene standards were great either.

Won't be returning!

This was a very busy restaurant for a Saturday lunchtime so glad we booked a table. If you have a big apetite this is the reastaurant for you. Excellent value for money, good choices of food and good service. Will definately go again.

Hi this was my 3rd time at the Spice Quarter and it didnt dissappoint, plenty of choice and tables were cleared quickly, we were told about the promotional 2 for one drinks with our meal receipt for the bar downstairs with intertainment. Overall very good.

Excellent and friendly service with good food

if you want a cheap filling experience spice quarter is the place for you! the food is variable some dishes distinctly average while others were great esp the home made naan breads! great for a birthday or a after the office social! cc

Spice Quarter, Leeds. I have been here a few times for dinner, but first time for lunch. Evening meals are definately better, there is more variety and more meat choices. Lunch was very vegetarian. Still good service and the nans were really good.

Great food and service as usual!

The Spice Quarter Leeds

Initial impressions were good, most of the staff seemed friendly. The Indian dishes were delicious, the Chinese buffet was quite dissapointing, the Italian side seemed to comprise of only pizza and the Thai dishes were minimal. However there was more than enough food, and it was exciting trying different dishes, the desert was good fun. Overall it was a pleasent experience and I would return I think it would be great for families and informal meals.

We visited the Spice Quarter in Leeds at 5.30pm. As this was the start of the evening service the food was fresh. There was a good selection of foods (Indian, Chinese, Italian etc) and a good choice of vegetarian options. As always, the chocolate fountain was fun and tasty for dessert. I'd recommend this restaurant for groups of friends wanting lots of choice in a relaxed atmosphere.

Went to spice quarter in leeds , food was great, plenty of choice. Would go earlier next time as at about 10.30pm they start cleaning up and we felt a bit rushed. Still enjoyed it. Would book for no later that 9pm to have time to enjoy food more.

Spice Quarter - good concept, food was ok but not the best in taste/quality i've had - nevertheless good value for money esp with desserts included in the price!

The meal at the Spice Quarter was very good value for money. The food was good and it was exciting being able to eat anything you wanted or to try bits of lots of different cuisines. The puddings were really good!

This is the 2nd time we have organised a large group booking (30 people) at Spice Quarter in Leeds and once again it was excellent.

The choice and freshness of food is excellent and caters for everyones needs. The service is friendly and we will definitely be coming here again. Thankyou

I was very surprised and pleased with the variety of food on offer, it is definatley value for money...would certainly recommend it. I have one issue thought the seating isn't very comfortable unless you go in a very large group of about 15.

I have eaten there before, but this time i thought i would try booking online, All went according to plan, Toptable were very helpful in phoning me with changes that had to be made as we had such a big party attending, The food catered for everybody, even those that do not like it too spicy. we all had a great time as there is so much choice of food & deserts, and the drinks are reasonable. All in all a great night had by us all.

Thanks Toptable

Excellent value

Once again Spice Quarter provided an excellent evening for a group of people of all ages and food preferences. What a great lively atmosphere and food was nice too.

Spice Quarter, Leeds was very busy. Drinks service was quick. Restaurant (both seating and food area) was more cramped than I expected - probably wouldn't recommend if just two of you, as you feel hemmed in by large groups. Although busy, the starters/mains were good - always replenished, and I'd particularly recommend dishes cooked in front of you (especially stir fry). Desserts left a little to be desired.

enjoyable as ever

A great place if there's a big group of you; everyone is happy and the choice of dishes is fab... The drinks are a little bit more expensive though and the guys would have liked beer on draught rather than bottled.

We went to the Spice Quarter in Leeds for lunch. Good value for money and nice service for a buffet restaurant. Starters were excellent, unfortunately mains were a little weak, maybe watered down to go further? Overall a good experience.

went to spice quarter with 4 friends. Nice night out, but must admit always fiend the satuday night spice quarter experience different to other nights. Just a little bit more rushed and not quite as efficient as other days. Still a nice night out that allows a group of friends to have fun

Kids love it, need i say more. Not really my bag. Gents toilet out of action, alternative disabled toilet filthy. Not particularly cheap, nor cheerful

It was my first visit to the Spice Quarter in Leeds and it was fantastic, an all you can eat buffet for £12.95, there were loads of new foods to try that I had never had before and they made the naan bread to taste on request for no extra cost. The meal was completed by the great range of desserts including all you can eat chocolate fountain and ice cream included in the price! I reccomend the Spice Quarter to anyone who enjoys Indian food.

I needed a venue for a corporate evening dinner. Spice Quarter in Leeds was recomended as the restaurant was open the service was great and the choice of food was exceptional. On arrival we were greated with a couteous smile and open arms. The food was buffet style with the chefs serving in the middle. The chioice of food is from alot of continents. Eat as much as you like. I would recomend to anyone and will be dinning their again

Excellent service and a great choice of tasty food from different cuisines. Buffet was well structured and staff were very willing to show you around and explain things if you were new to the restaraunt. My only criticism would be that some of the dishes were not as warm as I would have liked, although they were not so cold that it affected enjoyment. Overall I would certainly reccomend.

Took six spice quarter virgins who had such a great time they will go again. They enjoyed the free and easy pace of the restaurant and all felt it was a excellent choice for a large group

Spice quarter enables a large party to attend knowing that there will be something on the menu that people can find to like. From your fussy eater to the person with the larger appetite their needs are catered for. We had an excellent evening, great food, great atmosphere and wonderful company perfect.

As usual an excellent night for my customers. It was the 1st visit for my guests and all said they would be returning

Spice Quarter - Leeds. Went lunchtime : fairly quiet : lunch buffet at £6.95 is excellent value for the quality and choice on offer. Qualiity much better than other buffet restaurants I have been to. Would recommend.

Overall The spice quarter is a good place to eat. Its buffet style is good, with plenty of food being cooked fresh. Would definitely recommend this for big groups!

I went on a friday evening and felt that for the qualitt of the food it was quite overpriced. Nice atmosphere though.

Second time that i've visited Spice Quarter and it was great with such an excellent variety of food on offer. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

As expected the service was excellent . Took family members on this occasion who commented on the excellent value
