Super daily deal called 'Table D'Hote' between 3-7pm. Starters were not as good or as tasty as the main courses ordered. Service was great and an overall enjoyable experience.

Thanks 'The Living Room' Leeds ;)

The Live music was far too loud for a restaurant.

Visited on a very cold evening but unfortunately it was also a little cold in the restaurant. Six of us decided on the very good value Table D'Hote Menu, five of us really enjoyed our starters but one soup had to go back as it was too salty to eat, however it was replaced without any ceremony & an apology given. The main courses were really good & excellent value for money. Some still had room for pudding. In all a very pleasant meal, the staff were friendly & very attentive.

Good food as always and good wine list.

Living Room is OK for a chain. It doesnt have wow factor but is a few notches up from a reasonable gastro pub. quite expensive for what it is though.

We had a very successful family dinner last Saturday at the Living Room in Leeds. The bar and restaurant were both very busy but the level of service and food quality was excellent. Definitely worth a further visit when we are in Leeds again

Fantastic food, would use again.

After visiting The Living Room in Manchester we decided to try The Living Room in Leeds. We were very disappointed with the food. I had fillet steak at £25 for a very small steak half a tomato half a mushroom and scabby chips that had probably been cooked and re-heated. My girlfriend had the chicken which was very dry and came with glazed vegetables that were greasy and undercooked. I would recommend the venue for a drink but not for the food.

Really good meal, maybe a little too much wine and cocktails! Service supurb.

Living Room - Leeds Great food, great service & good location

I visited The Living room in Leeds with my partner for a romantic treat...and a possible marraige proposal (!) but the atmosphere was too busy and not private enough to reach that moment. This wasn't a problem as the place had an element of fun and we very much enjoyed the live pianist (although we couldn't see her being upstairs) My partner boasted that her lamb was absolutley delicious and perfectly cooked, my thai curry was ok...

All in all good value, better place for groups I reckon

The Living Room in Leeds. The food was amazing, the service was brilliant, our every need was catered for - i asked for a quiet table to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, we got the quietest table in the house and we were congratulated on our 3rd anniversary. Speaking as a perfectionist i wouldn't change a thing.

The Living Room - Leeds. A fabulous meal and the waitress was very knowledgeable.

The Living Room, Leeds consistently has great food and great service.

The Living Room Leeds, excellent night out, good food good service bit too busy in the bar area so afterwards we gave that a miss

The Living Room

7 Greek Street, Leeds.

I booked this venue as a special treat for myself and my husband. The atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable. The food was delicious (we had the special). The service could have been more attentive. We did not feel as important as those in the larger groups. I say this because when the main plates were cleared the waiter was laughing with his colleague and did not ask if we enjoyed the meal, or if we wanted drinks or any desserts and just left us.

The Living Room, Leeds. Being on Greek Street it gets lots of custom just for the bar downstairs. We were asked for ID on the door - odd when we were going for a meal. Upstairs was packed, a good atmosphere. The wine list was extensive and gave excellent guidance to choose the right bottle. The was well cooked and well presented. It was flavourful and well balanced. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful. Maybe it was a little overpriced but the overall atmosphere was worth it.

I do like Living room but on this occasion it just wasn't up to scratch. Steak was over cooked, my fine beans were missing shallots but came with a huge amount of pepper on instead!! Ordered a bottle of wine just before meal came but the waiter forgot so this arrived when we'd nearly finished eating. I like to enjoy my food with a glass of wine! It was busy so quite hard to get hold of a waiter but they were really pleasant when you could grab one!

The Living Room, Leeds - Absolutely great. I booked this for 16 people for a friend's hen do on a Saturday night. Despite the party size and the fact that they were all busy, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the ambience was great. The food, from the £14.95 summer set menu, was fantastic and great value. A definite recommend.

excellent food and atmosphere had the pudding for two and there was enough for 4 - brilliant value.

The only down side was we were sitting downstairs near the door and there was a cold draught when people went in and out.

The burger is amazing!!!

This is a comfortable and well appointed place with a selection of bars and the restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful and it was perfect location for lunch. Only one criticism, the coffee at the end of the meal was not good but this could easily be rectified, the food, on the other hand was lovely.

Excellent meal & 1st class service.

Very nice

We went to the Living Room for Mother's Day lunch - a lovely treat to have a really excellent live musician in the restaurant during the meal. There was 5 of us and very mixed views about the quality of the food, the Sunday roast faring worst, fish and chips much too oily, but the lamb shanks doing really well.

it was really nice atmosphere there, meal was very very nice, love it will be back definetly

Living Room, Leeds has provides great service (my waitress was Nicola), a great selection of drinks and great food. The tables are nice and cosy for couples and small groups.

Great food and service, will go again

Thourghly enjoyed dinning at the Living room Leeds. We were originally booked in for 8pm on Saturday pm but due to change in circumstances had to change to go earlier. This was no problem and they accommodated us. Staff were friendly, food was excellent. Restaurant upstairs was roomy and you did not feel like you were on top of the next table. Will go back again.

Living Room, Leeds Booked for 9pm but had to wait 20 mins as our table was not ready. Not a problem but our last train home is 11.18, meaning we had to rush at the end. Excellent starters of scallops with black pudding and egg & baby beetroot in a sticky sweet chilli sauce with goats cheese mousse. Ribeye for main, would have been better chargrilled but perfectly cooked rare. Excellent pianist adds atmosphere. Main moans would be average service and filthy mens toilets. Would go again

Disappointing evening requested a booth but was put on a pokey table for 2 not big enough for the meal so I had to eat sideways, was supposed to be celebrating but it cast a bit of a downer on the evening

As always food was great. Didn't go for the earlybird as the rest of the menu was too good. Not very often you get a fab restaurant that's also the place for a drink on a friday night!

Me and my girlfriend visited the Living room in Leeds on Valentines weekend, so as you can imagine it was very busy. However, there was plenty of staff working who were still very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and we both enjoyed all 3 courses that we ate. The house white wine was also very nice and went very well with the seafood dishes that we ordered. The place in general has a good atmosphere, great food and was overall a very enjoyable night. Would definately reccomend

we booked a table at the living room leeds and all 6 of us had an enjoyable evening.as always it was the staff that make all the difference,we all enjoyed our meals but the service is way ahead of similar restaurants in leeds.

Quite a few dishes on the menu not available (when we came to order there was only 1 choice of dessert left !) , making the ever short staffed team have to work ever harder to provide excellent service. Food that was available was of good standard and atmosphere was nice and relaxed, as Sunday afternoons should be....

Living Room Leeds: Revamped Interior is cosy although downstairs section is a little cramped. Staff are always friendly & despite always seeming to be rushed off their feet but do so with a smile ! Menu is reliable and full of 'comfort' foods with a modern twist. Piano sessions a great addition for relaxed evenings and Sunday lunches

The meal itself was delicious; presented well and our waitress was very helpful.

The noise, however, is astonishing. True - we went on a Saturday night at 8:00 and it's in the centre of town, but with woooden floors; a pianist and a heaving bar, it all became a bit too much.

I'm 32 and found it too loud so I'm not quite sure how my in-laws managed...

dinner was good, good quality food, service a bit slow. The dessert size was impressive and very good quality too. Ambience and decor really nice.

safe bet in Leeds

We dined at the living room, leeds on a sat night- A large group of twelve ladies. We were greeted with genuine warmth and after a drink in the bar were led through to a great table downstairs next to the lively atmosphere of the bar and the singing piano guy who is fantastic. The service was excellent, esp given we were such a large group and the our food was yummy with lots chosen from the traditional favourites - belly pork, fish and chips, chicken burger. A really excellent night!

living room leeds, great food on higher price range. good drinks list, excellent service friendly good door staff well worth a visit

The Living Room ( Leeds ) What can I say a fantastic evening !From the momment we walked through the dooor the atmosphere was good every one enjoying them selves. We were shown to our table by a charmin member of staff who gave us his first name and was on call for our every need. Now for the food fantastic ! is all I can say .It was a great evening all round I would recommend this to any one >

The Living Room Greek st Leeds A very enjoyable evening with good food and good wine

I dined as part of a group of six in a hen party. None of us know Leeds so I booked The Living Room as I have eaten in the Glasgow restaurant and knew the quality of food was good. I would highly recommend as the atmosphere was good and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Another big plus was the club downstairs as it meant that we didn't have to go searching for somewhere after our meal!

The Living Room in Leeds is fab! Myself and 2 girlfriends went for the first time whilst they were visiting me in my new Northern home. Service, food and ambiance were great. Would definately return.

Visited The Living Room in Leeds for lunch last week having been a few times before and sure enough the food was good and really like the place but it was let down by the slow service. Had to wait an age before someone took our order. Once the food came the service was fine. Made us late back to work though! A little quiet that day too. Would still go back though.

A very cosy experience at The Living Room, Leeds. Service was excellent - we will certainly re-visit.
