Very good authentic food.
Another visit to Warung Tujuh in Brighton last night. I was a bit more adventurous and passed up my usual Bihun for the pan-fried sea Breem. Crisp outside and flaky fish with an explosive sauce - delicious. The staff are excellent and the whole experience is top notch. Highly recommended.
Another good meal at Warung Tujuh in Brighton - went on a Sunday night so very quiet but food was super.
Warung Tujuh Indonesian restaurant in Brighton is worth seeking out. Almost everyting on the mixed starter platter is delicious and it's a great way to taste a selection of starters to guide your choice next time. Our main courses of squid and lamb, noodles and beans were all excellent and the portions big enough to beat us and require a doggy bag. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. We will definitely return.
Warung Tujuh, Lovely food would definitely go again!
Wow, Warung Tujuh is such good value, you must go! Good fresh food, big portions and outstanding value for money.
Warung Tujuh,Brighton. Small but friendly restaurant serving delicious plentiful food.Only negative was we felt rushed to leave,so make an early booking if you like to take your time!
A fantastic time was had by all at Warung Tujuh in Brighton. Food excellent and authentically south-east asian.
The only small problem was our party of 9 being told that we had to order set (banquet) menus in advance when we couldn't find anything about this on the menus or website. This bit of the evening was not handled all that well by the staff on duty when we arrived.
Nevertheless am willing to overlook this incident and look forward to going again this weekend.
Small Restaurant off the beaten track with friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price. If you like Indonesian food this is worth a try.
My wife and I had the 3 courses for £8 lunch. What lovely food and intimate atmosphere. Next time we are in Brighton we are heading there.
Disappointing after reading good reviews. Food mediocre although staff friendly and helpful.
Declicious food at very affordable prices. Pleasant staff, good service in simple style.
A very lovely lunch. Two courses for £6, very cheap! Nice little place with good deals althought the starter was quite tiny. Very friendly service and generous portions - highly recommended.
We would heartily recommend Warung Tujah for any sort of celebratory meal(or indeed any sort of meal out). Our reason for being there was to celebrate a birthday, and we were very pleased that we chose to eat their 'set menu' lunch. We will certainly return for further meals when we're in Brighton, and urge others to try the Indonesian food on offer.
lovely evening at Warung Tujuh in Brighton. Very friendly service, interesting indonesian food and generous portions - highly recommended.
Nice little place with good deals althought the starter was quite tiny ... (even thought the price is really nice). With of course the bonus of trying a different cuisine.
Highly recommended- really tasty food, good value, excellent service- I went here for my birthday and cant really fault it- everyone enjoyed it- thankyou
Lunch at Warung Tujuh in Brighton was as good as usual. Two courses for £6. Took my daughter and nephew for the first time. Both enjoyed their first Indonesian food and would go gain.
Warung Tujuh sits in very convenient and easy to find location. Although the interior is quite dated, service is friendly and food is good. Great value for money if you go for set menus. Perfect for lunch - tasty and relatively cheap.
Warung Tujuh in Brighton, cosy and comfortable with friendly staff and some good food. Really enjoyed the nasi goreng and the prawn curry. Portions were good size. Only let down was the beef curry which was a little dry although had good flavour. Will go back for sure.
Highly recommended - the food is authentic, delicious and freshly cooked. From our group of 12 people, there was not one complaint! I've been again since and enjoyed it just as much :-)
