Had a lovely meal at Zizzi Birmingham last night with 7 friends - really tasty food , very good service and not expensive! Had the spatchcock chicken - yum and friends enjoyed calamari, lasagne and filled pasta with pesto sauce. I'd definitely eat here again

Quick and efficient service at Zizzi in Birmingham. We had the diavola pizza which was wonderfully spicy, and the Pork Belly which was nice but not as crispy as I like. Good value with the Zizzi voucher

We arrived late due to work schedules, and found we had no reservation, but were quickly seated and served well. A good meal and wine at a reasonable price.

Booked online for Zizzi at the Mailbox Birmingham and it came up with Zizzi Sutton Coldfield! Well looked after and the food was excellent, much better than a meal we had in Manchester that cost a fortune. Highly recommended.

Zizzi at the Mailbox Birmingham is a lovely place, great value and really tasty dishes, definitely to try the Antipasto. We're Italians and we've found Zizzi's food authentic and delicious, we'll surely be back and highly recommend!

Zizzi, The Mailbox, Birmingham.

Very friendly service even though it seemed to be slightly understaffed. Lovely food and good value for money with the 2 main courses for 12.95 offer. Bottles of wine were quite expensive and could do with a cheaper alternative but nonetheless was a very pleasant evening and would definitely return and recommend.

Zizzi at the Mailbox Sutton Coldfield Birmingham Quite a buzzing place, though there are many eating places in this area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though I had to ask three times for a glass of water. We decided to try the cichetti(little bites) and found them simple but very tasty. One of the dishes wasn't very hot but was quickly taken away and replaced hot. Enjoyed the evening and would go back again

Zizzi @ The Mailbox Birmingham was probably not the best venue for Hen Party of 14! Good food, 3 course party menu is very good value. Service let us down as poor waitress was alone in massive area with 3 big parties. That said Duty Manager apologised as 2 of team called in sick and didn't charge us for one meal that was wrong and took an age to appear. We did enjoy the night was just a tad disappointing with service, but waitress did her best and we made sure she was left a good tip!

Heard a lot of good things about Zizzi from friends. Went with two friends and my wife. The atmosphere was excellent within the restaurant. The service was fast and the staff were friendly and attentive. We felt that the menu was however limited and the food generally following the theme of many other Italian restaurants was over priced for the dish. We all ordered a beer, but shared a large bottled one, at a whopping £7.00 for a pint, this was the best option we felt!

My colleages and I had a lovely lunch today at Zizzi in Birmingham. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the food was delicious. I'm always impressed with this restaurant, can't be faulted for food or service.

Great place for a sunday evening, great food and lovely environment with reasonable price.

Zizzi-The Mailbox-Birmingham Great food, great service, buzzing atmosphere

Food was good, Rigatoni con Pollo e Funghi could have had a bit more chicken in but everything else was good.

Good evening all in all.

Great food good service

Zizzi - Mail Box Birmingham. We all had a thorougly good night. Meal was lovely and the service was good even though there were 11 of us.

My colleagues and I held a leaving lunch at Zizzi's in Birmingham. The service and food were very good and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Really like this restaurant.

We went to Zizzi in Birmingham for a birthday lunch. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was lovely. Very enjoyable.

My colleague and I had lunch at Zizzi in Birmingham today. The service was very good and the food wa delicious.

We went to Zizzi's in the Mailboz on a Sunday afternoon for some post-shopping lunch. Althought the restaurant was busy the service was excellent, the food very tasty and great value for money with the 25% off food deal.

Nice meal at Birmingham Mailbox.

Better than expected food for a chain Italian- definitely enjoyed the experience more that the nearby Jamie Oliver restaurant although the service was slow. Portions were generous, chocolate and dough bread desert went down very well as did the coffee/Ice Cream desert special. Will definitely go back.

Zizzi Birmingham is in the Mailbox which was buzzing on Sat night. I had a good meal but was conscious of a very hard sell. Surely if lamb shank is served with potato it should be enough but I was asked if I wanted to order an extra helping. This kind of pushing happened with all courses. Service was friendly and attentive but I could really do with ordering only what I want. I always correct the greeter when s/he says "Just for one" but the reply here was "it's not good for us" =business

Friendly efficient waitress made our experience at Zizzi Birmingham relaxed enjoyable in spite of a very buzy, busy, busling restaurent. It was our second visit to the place and like the 1st time we enjoyed it very much. Good no nonsence Italien noshery. Well worth a visit (if you can get in).

Zizzi is a large, modern-looking restaurant, set is a very pleasant location in Birmingham.

All three of us enjoyed our food and the dstaff were all very attentive. I happily recommend this restaurant.

Good affordable food. I have been multiple times and zizzis is highly recommendable.

Give itva miss.

Zizzi Bham, great experience, the staff were excellent, the service was fantastic and the food was very high quality. Prepared in a kitchen which can be seen from the dining area it has a great feel. Lovely place to stop in for a quick meal or a full 3 course dinner. The management and staff are doing a great job here. 100% Recommend.

Nice place, have been before, nice simple food, average portion sizes. Good value (made use of a 25% voucher on their website)

We visited birmingham we are from Leeds, zizzis was fantastic, it was friendly excellant service

A group of us went to Zizzi in Birmingham for a friends birthday lunch. We had a lovely meal, both the food and service were very good.

Great place to meet with friends, location would even better when the sun is out. staff were great friendly and attentive. bright and breezy to dine.

Mailbox Birmingham. really great place lovely food and good service would go again.

Sound food and service as usual at Zizzi in the Mailbox. Happily recommend.

Zizzi in Birmingham is a good quality Italian noshery. Not the most comfortable or elegant restaurent but very popular and I think that is due to the quality of the food. Great location in the Mailbox people were lining up waiting for tables by the time we were leaving. We chose from the TT. 3 course meal . Good price and good value. Service was friendly. The starters were particularly good. Worth a visit if you are wanting a no nonsense Italien night out.

6th meal at Zizzis in the last few months and I know that I can always be assured of a good value italian meal.

My colleague and I went to Zizzi in the Mailbox today for lunch. The food was nice and the service was good. Very enjoyable lunch.

Tasty meal at Zizzi's in the Mailbox as usual. They could try amending the menu with a weekly special to improve further but I guess with a chain it becomes quite difficult logistically.

Food was good. Service was ok. I was disappointed by the risotto. Good atmosphere in a nice setting.

Always rely on having a decent dinner when I go to Zizzi's at the Mailbox in Birmingham and tonight was no exception.

Went to Zizzi's in the Mailbox for lunch with my work collegue. found staff very friendly and food very tasty.

Having recently visited Zizzis in the mailbox, on arrival the staff were very helpful adding additional seats to our table at ver short notice. The service and food were lovely. The meal deal three courses for 13.95 was great value and would def recommend and go back again.

Good meal at Zizzi in the Mailbox

This is not the first time I've eaten at Zizzi's Mail Box Birmingham, and as usual I wasn't disappointed. The seafood risotto could have had hotter chillies in it, but I suppose it depends on the chillies supplied! Service was excellent and attentive, especially considering the restaurant was full. I look forward to trying their new menu offerings at a later date.

The Toptable deal meant that the food was very good value for money - without it I would have thought it rather expensive. The food was good. Service friendly but could have been a bit quicker. Overall an enjoyable meal in a nice setting.

Whilst we thought the food was good the service needs considerable improvement. Our Table was booked for 5.30pm as we were going to a theatre performance for 7.30pm but at 6.50pm we still had not ordered our desert, consequently we had no choice but to forgo it.

Good value meal at Zizzi's in Birmingham's Mailbox with 3 courses for £13. While the food is good, they have noticeably reduced the portion sizes for the set menu and their staff don't like answering the phone - it took ages for TT to get through and confirm the table reservation. The food is good but the service really needs to improve.

We enjoyed our visit to Zizzi at the mailbox Birmingham. Our waitress was excellent and the food and wine excellent value for money. it was a bit noisy. Strongly recommended.

i have eaten in Zizzis before and thought i'd try the special offer through top table which was good for 3 courses at £13.95. the food choice however was carb over load - for a vegetarian, i only had one choice for main which was nice - a ravioli with spinach and goats cheese but i would have preferred something lighter and my starter was tomato pesto bread with a lack of tomato but a decent pesto. dessert was pannetone bread and butter pudding - a bit of a let down, however service was good.

we ended up adding to our table and there was 5 of us at the booking. we had a great evening food was very good, our waitress was lovely and the atmosphere was great, i would definately book zizzi again in the mailbox birmingham
