Following the growth and popularity of Irish pot still whiskey within the captial and nationwide Anderson & Co have a partnership with Pernod Ricard’s Authentic Brand Co to create their first Whiskey Pairing Menu.
It’s been designed by Brand Specialist Liam Sparks and Anderson & Co’s head Chef Teemu Toivainen.
First the Redbreast 12 is paired with twice baked goat’s cheese soufflé starter due to its balance of spicy, creamy, fruity sherry and toasted notes.
Then moving on there is navarin of lamb main paired with the classic Green Spot whisky as the fennel included in this dish works perfectly with the hint of cloves. Finishing off the Lemon Posset dessert comes with Yellow Spot 12 because of its honey sweetness taste.
From the 8th April the new set menu will be avaliable alongside the standard evening menu Tuesday – Saturday and will cost £35ph
