Boyds Grill & Wine Bar on Northumberland Avenue, building a strong reputation in London for its imaginative use of the finest in British produce, will be highlighting English Wine Week with a sparkling tasting menu, created by chef Nate Brewster, complemented by some of the greatest English wines.
The four course tasting menu which will be priced at £55 including accompanying wines will be available for one night only, on 31st May 2016. The wines have been paired by Fabien Babanini, the General Manager of Boyds Grill & Wine Bar, who welcomes the opportunity to share his explorations into English wines. “We have found some excellent wines which are truly world-class. They work so well with the home-grown ingredients we insist on using, and are the perfect way to fly the British flag for our culinary and viticultural celebration.”
