A new event will highlight Brighton’s exciting restaurant scene this autumn. From 17-30 October,’#OctoberBEST’ sees the seaside city’s Top 20 restaurants (as compiled by Brighton’s Best Restaurants) offer special menus for just £20 a pop to help celebrate the area’s diverse dining scene.
Participating eateries include:’64 Degrees’ and’The Chilli Pickle’ (both awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2016 Michelin Guide),’Silo’ (the UK’s first zero-waste restaurant) and’The Salt Room’, as well as local heroes,’Semolina’,’24 St. Georges’ and’Riddle and Finns’.
#OctoberBEST builds on the success of Brighton’s Best Restaurants in bringing the city’s culinary credentials to national attention.
‘The restaurant scene in Brighton has really flowered over the last two years and there has never been so much quality and diversity as there is now,’ Andy Lynes, co-founder of Brighton’s Best Restaurants, told Foodepedia.
Lynes added:’I believe Brighton is on at least an equal footing with Britain’s other leading provincial restaurant cities such as Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh. #OctoberBEST’s great-value menus are the perfect way to explore as much as possible of what the city has to offer without breaking the bank.’
Each restaurant will have its own particular spin on #OctoberBEST and all the details of the offers and how to book are available to view at: www.brightonsbestrestaurants.com.
