P.F. Chang’s Asian Table is celebrating the festive season with the launch of an exclusive selection of Christmas menus with a pan-Asian twist, available from today.
Fusing the bold flavours of Japanese, Chinese and Korean cuisine, the festive menus combine signature favourites with a selection of seasonal specials offering an alternative to the traditional Christmas spread.
The restaurant also features new Christmas décor that will certainly delight guests when celebrating the season.
For mains, highlights include a bowl of Mongolian beef, simply grilled and served with spring onions, fried rice and a choice of side dish; or grilled lemongrass lamb chops, marinated for 24 hours in soy, lemongrass and sesame oil, simply grilled and served with spring onions and fried rice.
Sides will include pumpkin mash and stir fried Sichuan asparagus.
For the sweet lovers, P.F. Chang’s Pastry Lab will feature desserts made exclusively by pastry chef Helen Clark including the’Christmas Meltdown,’ a white chocolate snowman filled with honeycomb, cocoa nibs, popping candy, chocolate soil, hazelnuts and meringue; and signature chocolate fondant.
To compliment these offerings, there are the’White Martini bomb,’ a twist on the classic made with vanilla vodka, white chocolate, hazelnut praline, toffee sauce and chocolate soil; or a Choco-colada mocktail, a tempting blend of dark chocolate, milk and coconut whipped cream foam.
The Christmas set menus are priced at £30 or £40 per person, with the latter including a glass of prosecco or soft drink on arrival. To book a table, visit: www.opentable.co.uk
