This summer, discover a unique farm-to-fork dinner with Tewinbury Farm’s Roots Dining Experience.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of a 700-acre working farm in the Hertfordshire countryside, get ready to unearth the roots of your meal’s origins as you enjoy a fresh feast picked directly from the farm that will reconnect you with your food.
Just a 30-minute train ride from London King’s Cross, Tewinbury Farm is a haven of rustic charm and their Roots Dinners, held twice a month throughout the summer, are no different. Led by Chef Lee Maycock, who brings his extensive experience from Michelin-starred kitchens around the world, these dinners offer a special opportunity for you to learn from his passion for fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients.
On the menu you can taste fresh flavour with dishes such as the delicious wood fired beef brisket, charred spring greens & warm potato salad; half the garden hummus, wildflowers & carrot top pesto; and roasted butternut squash cheesecake.
Enjoy digging in where your food was dug up, as you’ll be dining within their flourishing vegetable patch, where the farm’s partner, Tewin Greens, cultivates seasonal vegetables for the local community. For refreshments, Tewinbury’s charming horse-box bar offers a variety of drinks to complement your dining experience.
Celebrate sustainable produce in this beautiful setting with Tewinbury Farm’s Roots Dining Experience. Tickets are priced at £49 per person, or £42.50 for Farm Club Members.
