November 11th will see the rooftop dining and drinking destination transformed into an apres ski-inspired haven, featuring a cosy igloo and cabins.

The igloo can accomodate up to 7 people while the cabins cater for up to four guests all discreetly located on the hotel’s seventh floor.

To add to the apres ski ambience, the igloo and cabins come complete with faux fur blankets, flickering candles and the twinkle of fairy lights, creating the perfect setting for guests seeking an escape from the cold all set against sweeping views of London’s skyline from St. Pauls to The Shard.

The bespoke Beluga cocktail menu includes the ‘Off-Piste’ (£15), a blend of Beluga Noble, peach liqueur, lemon juice, orgeat and mint leaves and the ‘Après-Ski’ (£15) which sees Beluga Noble infused with lemon verbena, green apple liqueur, elderflower cordial and topped with soda water.

Martini lovers get two special blends, a ‘Beluga Gold Martini’ (£20), featuring Beluga Gold Line and Montenegro liqueur with black sesame and the luxury ‘Beluga Caviar Martini’ (£20), a unique mix of Beluga Gold Line and caviar infused Noilly Prat.

Mercer Roof Terrace showcases a menu that champions the best of British cuisine, featuring farm-to-table meat, fish and seasonal vegetables.

Highlights from the menu include Yorkshire ham hock terrine with piccalilli mayo, pickled baby cucumber and mini bread loaf, Hereford beef fillet tartare with chive emulsion, caviar, spicy ketchup and crème and whole roasted Cornish John Dory with lobster sauce, chilli and leek oil.
