If you want Valentines to last all weekend this year, you might want to look into the romantic offerings at The Landmark London. According to their website, you can have a ring brought to your table with the big dessert or room service delivered on a tray of rose petals. In The Winter Garden an intimate meal will be served under the starry sky followed by Champagne cocktails in The Mirror Bar. Why not make Sunday morning special, too, with brunch on The Gazebo.
Couples can enjoy an à la carte dinner served in The Winter Garden restaurant set at the base of The Landmark’s soaring eight-storey, glass-roofed central atrium and was recently awarded an “exceptional” rating for ambience in Harden’s London Restaurant Guide 2009. There will be two sittings, at 6.30pm and at 9.00pm. On Sunday 15 February 2009, The Landmark London will hold a Valentine’s Sunday Brunch on The Gazebo, on the mezzanine floor of the glass-roofed eight-storey atrium. Between 12.30pm and 3.00pm couples can indulge themselves with unlimited Taittinger Rosé Champagne, and a sumptuous buffet lunch including Oysters, accompanied by live jazz music. The Valentine’s Sunday Brunch is £85 per person.
