- Mockarita – A zesty twist on the classic Margarita. Notes of lime, quinine and acacia flower with a refreshingly tart finish.
- Mockapolitan – The tasty take on the Cosmopolitan. Notes of cranberry, grapefruit peel and bitter orange, quinine, juniper and spices.
- Mockscow Mule – Subtle, refreshing, and surprisingly sophisticated take on the Moscow Mule. Notes of fiery ginger, lemon juice and apple.
- Sansgria – Recently awarded the Great Taste Award 1*, the Sansgria is made from wine grapes and secret spices and botanicals. Notes of blackcurrant and blackberry, clove, and orange zest.
Experience the traditional afternoon tea with a selection of sweet and savory delights. Scrumptious finger sandwiches, including classics like smoked salmon and cream cheese, and mouth watering cakes and pastries, are all expertly crafted by the executive Pastry Chef.
