As the nights draw in and the leaves begin to fall, Maître Choux, the first and only choux pastry specialist patisserie in the world, has launched a new and limited edition éclair that captures the taste of autumn. Created by top pastry chef Joakim Prat, the Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Cinnamon & Caramelised Autumn Apple éclair will be available in their South Kensington store as well as in Fortnum & Mason from 10th October for a limited time only.
Full of flavours that reflect the shifting seasons, the new éclair is filled with a smooth caramelised apple compote infused with cinnamon and a dash of Baileys Pumpkin Spice, topped with crushed, roasted pumpkin seeds for added texture.
One of the éclair’s special seasonal ingredients, Baileys Pumpkin Spice, is a blend of Baileys Original Irish Cream with a unique, aromatic blend of autumnal spices, which is available only for the autumn months at retailers nationwide.
Joakim Prat, Head Pastry Chef at Maître Choux said: “The seasonal flavours of the Baileys Pumpkin Spice match naturally with the apples that we’ve picked for this recipe. It is the perfect autumnal treat for the colder months!”
On shelves until November, Baileys Pumpkin Spice will be available at all major retailers in a 70cl bottle from £14.99.
