Breakfast, available from 9am-5pm, injects a feel-good boost to the day, with dishes such as invigorating Spiced Apple Grawnola(activated almonds, sprouted buckwheat & spiced fruit, served with fresh blueberries, thick vanilla cashew yoghurt) and Toast, Banana & Rawtella(artisan raw almond and walnut bread served with slices of ripe banana and’Rawtella’ cacao and hazelnut butter) to kick things off the right way.

There’s no need to commit at Fitzrovia restaurant and bar Percy & Founders, as they’re offering a special January menu which gives you the best of both worlds. Printed on a flip-able menu for saints and sinners alike, guests can opt for Percy & Founders indulgent burger served with celeriac slaw, pickle & fries with a pint of beer or glass of house wine (£16) or stay health smug with one of three salads such as the Superfood with pomegranate & citrus dressing, alongside a soft drink or water (£13).
