Aviation American Gin, co-owned by actor and producer Ryan Reynolds, is the world’s highest rated gin and has helped establish a new style of American gin – softer and smoother, with juniper in the background and citrus and floral notes in the front – resulting in more balanced cocktails. 

Cocktails in the City, London’s popular summer cocktail festival, is back in Bedford Square Gardens this July with the first instalment of its 2022 Summer Series.

Bardinet has handed us a series of cocktails they hope will inspire drinkers to be their own ‘brandy barista’ at home.

Running until the end of May, there are over 45 bars and restaurants signed up to the city-wide event.

Ahead of a public event in August, Nick went down to try the Lakedown Brewing beers, along with food from local restaurant hero Curlew.

A new departure for the venerable Irish whisky maker, this creamy drink is bottled at a mild  17% ABV and has a delicate spiced finish, making it ideal chilled on its own, in coffee and hot chocolate, or as a dessert ingredient.
