Festive Serve: Opihr Winter Punch 

350ml Opihr London Dry Gin | 150ml Sherry (Pedro Ximenez) | 200ml Cranberry & Cinnamon Syrup | Top up Half Ginger Beer | Top up Half Tonic Water 

Add all ingredients to a punch bowl. Add ice, stir gently and pour into rocks glasses over ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of dehydrated orange
*To make cranberry and cinnamon syrup, add 500ml light cranberry juice, 150g castor sugar and 5 broken cinnamon sticks to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cover. Leave for 30 minutes. Strain and store in a sterilised bottle

50ml Opihr London Dry Gin | 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice | Ginger Beer

Fill a copa glass with ice and add all ingredients, stir gently. Garnish with some freshly grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick to finish
