For an uplifting tipple grab The Lively Italiano (£16) made with Portofino Dry Gin, Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto.
The Barefoot Contessa (£16) combines Portofino Dry Gin with Granny’s Garden Tea, Regal Rogue Wild Rosé and Amaro Santoni for a herbaceous sip.
