Visitors to Covent Garden, London are in for a tasty treat on Friday 11th February 2022, as the Mob Truck rolls into town.
As part of an exciting foodie collaboration between Mob and Maldon Salt, delicious portions of Mushroom Arancini & Herby Aioli will be specially prepared on the truck and given out to passers-by along with free goody bags.
The Mushroom Arancini & Herby Aioli dish, developed by Mob’s Senior Food Producer, chef and influencer Sophie Wyburd, brings out the best of flavours by using Maldon Salt – the world-famous pyramid-shaped flakes of salt which is celebrating its 140 anniversary this year.

Freshly prepared and served on the Mob truck by Sophie herself, the dish will be available between 12pm until 6pm (or until portions run out). The truck will be located by Russell Street, East side of the Piazza.
To guarantee a place in line – and a tasty Friday treat – you can pre-book here and have your portion guaranteed when attending from 12pm to 3pm.
