To celebrate the new Christmas Celebrations Menu launching at the beginning of December at Malmaison, London, the hotel has created a Christmassy cocktail. You can enjoy Avant Noel at the bar, at £12.50 per glass, or try to recreate it for friends and family at home using the recipe they shared with us below:

Ingredients:

10ml Raspberry Vodka

10ml Raspberry Liquor

10ml Apple Juice

5ml Caramel Syrup

5 mint leaves

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 5 mint leaves with 5ml of caramel syrup.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, shake and strain into a flute.
  3. Top up with Mercier champagne
  4. Garnish with Raspberry & Mint
