To celebrate the new Christmas Celebrations Menu launching at the beginning of December at Malmaison, London, the hotel has created a Christmassy cocktail. You can enjoy Avant Noel at the bar, at £12.50 per glass, or try to recreate it for friends and family at home using the recipe they shared with us below:
Ingredients:
10ml Raspberry Liquor
10ml Apple Juice
5ml Caramel Syrup
5 mint leaves
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 5 mint leaves with 5ml of caramel syrup.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, shake and strain into a flute.
- Top up with Mercier champagne
- Garnish with Raspberry & Mint
