Celebrate Halloween this October with two sensational taste bud-tingling cocktail recipes from Covent Garden’s leading cocktail bar, Dirty Martini. Follow the steps below to create your own spookily titled Angry Fairy and Zombie cocktails using an array of chilling ingredients help transform your Halloween into a night to remember. Both cocktails will be reduced to £6.50 each between 28th and 31st October if you’d prefer to have the barman make them up for you!

Angry Fairy

Ingredients

30ml Tanquray Gin

15ml Cointreau

10ml Absinthe

10ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

Method

1) Firstly measure ingredients in a chilled cocktail mixing glass

2) Shake all ingredients together and double strain into a chilled Martini glass

3) Garnish with Orange Zest and Discard/ sugar Rim and enjoy!

Zombie

Ingredients

25ml Elements 8 Rum

25ml Myers Dark Rum

15ml Grand Marnier

20ml lime juice

20ml pineapple juice

20ml orange juice

1 passion fruit

10ml grenadine syrup

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Method

1) Firstly prepare and measure ingredients and combine in a chilled cocktail mixing glass

2) Shake all ingredients together and double strain over cubed ice

3) Serve in a sling glass and garnish with Pineapple and Cherry, and enjoy!
