Spook up your Halloween party with this spicy cocktail, perfect for zombies, Frankenstein’s and witches (but not for Vampires, not enough blood in it!)

Red Fire Cocktail

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 400ml pomegranate juice
  • 3 tbsp brandy
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tabasco® Pepper Sauce
  • a few strips liquorice
  • 4 slices lime (garnish)

Method:

  • Mix the pomegranate juice, brandy, lime juice and Tabasco® together in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well then strain it into 4 cocktail glasses
  • Serve with lime slices and liquorice strands.
