To Celebrate the Vintage at Goodwood festival Tanqueray have come up with some ravishing recipes to enjoy this delicous tipple in new ways.
The trio of fabulous cocktails using the famous Tanqueray gin are super easy to make and just as tasty to drink.

Pear & Cucumber Gin Fizz
This delicious cooling cocktail sees the vibrant juniper notes of TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin combined with the cooling cucumber and some pear liqueur. Topped with soda, this really won’t disappoint!
Ingredients:
40ml TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin
1 Inch Cucumber (muddled)
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
12.5ml Pear Liqueur
Topped soda water
Method: Muddle cucumber, add all ingredients except soda, shake, strain and add soda.
Garnish: Pear or cumber slice
Glass: High ball
Victorian Mojito
The Goodwood Twist on the Cuban classic see’s us slip TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin in the place of Rum, which, as I’m sure you’ll agree lifts this classic summer cooler to new dazzling heights!
Ingredients:
40ml TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
6 mint leaves
35ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Topped soda water
Method: Muddle mint, lime and sugar in glass. Add crushed ice, add apple, Add soda.
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Glass: High ball
Gin Gin Mule
A drink created by Audrey Saunders of NYC’s Pegu Club that was this year inducted into the cocktail excellence hall of fame. Juniper meets ginger with some fresh mint, simply delicious.
Ingredients:
40ml TANQUERAY® London Dry Gin
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
Topped ginger beer
Method: Muddle Mint, Lime and Sugar in bottom of mixing glass, add gin, shake hard and stain. Finally top ginger beer
Garnish: Mint sprig and lime wedge
Glass: Tumbler
