Who doesn’t love an Expresso Martini, except those perhaps who can’t tolerate caffeine.

It’s the refined version of a vodka Red Bull. A caffeine hit with strong alcohol, the two combine to get you up on your feet at the end of an evening or to kick an evening off.

Tia Maria, the essential ingredient, is partnering with Virgin Atlantic to offer its iconic Coffee Cocktails,  the partnership will see the brand’s classic Espresso Martini and Tia & Tonic served during five Upper Class transatlantic flights. Tia & Tonic will also be available in Premium Economy.

TIA MARIA ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:

  • ·         25ml Tia Maria
  • ·         25ml Vodka
  • ·         Single/double shot of espresso
  • ·         5ml sugar syrup

Method:

  • ·         Shake all ingredients hard
  • ·         Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • ·         Garnish with three coffee beans
