From 6th – 8th September, Bluebird Chelsea and Everrati™ invite you to join them in a nod to the iconic Goodwood Revival, to not only enjoy the special limited edition menu at Bluebird Chelsea, but also have a chance to view Everatti’s Mercedes-Benz W113 SL “Pagoda” on the courtyard in front of the former The Bluebird Garage

Bluebird Chelsea, an iconic restaurant with a rich automotive heritage, has partnered with Everrati, the leading British technology brand that redefines some of the world’s most iconic, sustainable luxury electric cars.

The BluebirdChelsea site, which originally opened its doors in 1923 as Bluebird Motor Company, is also the pioneering creator of the 1964 land speed record holder, the Bluebird car. This deep connection to the motor world makes it the perfect venue to honour both the past and the future of the motor world.

From today until 8th September, Bluebird Chelsea and Everrati™ patrons can not only enjoy the special limited edition menu at Bluebird Chelsea, but also have a chance to view Everatti’s Mercedes-Benz W113 SL “Pagoda” on the beautiful courtyard in front of the former The Bluebird Garage

Bluebird Chelsea’s site opened its doors in 1923 as the Bluebird Motor Company and was Europe’s largest motor car facility, alongside the pioneering creator of the 1964 land speed record holder, the Bluebird car. Since then, Bluebird Chelsea has evolved into the institution it is today but has never forgotten its roots.

Following the weekend, the limited edition menu below will be available throughout September, allowing car enthusiasts to toast the legacy of the Bluebird Chelsea.

The limited-edition menu showcases Chef Owen’s creation, the Salted Caramel Smokestack, a dessert artfully crafted with Salted Caramel and Chocolate Crèmeux, Tatin Apples, and Smoked Almond Ice Cream. To enhance the dining experience, the exclusive cocktail, The Bluebird, blends Honey Vermouth, Vermouth Bianco, Tanqueray Sevilla, Orange Bitters, and Blue Curacao, offering a nod to both the rich history and contemporary flair of Bluebird Chelsea.

This partnership aims to not only cater to car enthusiasts and Bluebird visitors alike but also elevate the overall experience for all attendees.

Both parties are excited to bring together the elegance of classic automobiles with the artistry of fine cuisine, highlighting the importance of reviving icons we know and love. It promises a memorable and immersive occasion for all.
