After the success of its first summer residency with KERB at The National Theatre, Bob’s Lobster has announced a new six month run and the launch of a new autumn menu.
BOB’s Lobster and Bedales of Borough founder Rob Dann and his team have come up with a new autumn menu that focuses on a range of unfussy snacks and dishes with the very best quality ingredients.
Native Lobster from the south coast and the Shetlands and BOB’s classics, such as the Lobster and crayfish roll, and the Sashimi tuna tacos will still take pride of place on the new menu.
BOB’s bar snacks kick off with: Smoked anchovy crostini with Normandy butter and sweet onion, Lobster and mozzarella arancini with saffron aioli and Crayfish croquettes with old bay mayo.
Signature new menu dishes include: Salt and pepper calamari with lemon and aioli, Clam and mussel chowder with bacon crumb, Triple cooked hasselback potatoes with crème fraiche and cod’s roe and Burrata with samphire and truffle oil.
Terrace Specials feature: Crab custom brioche roll with lemon herb aioli, Scallops with Jerusalem artichoke puree, Mussels Marinieres, Crab cakes with basil and habanero dressing and Whole Lobster with vanilla garlic butter, French fries. The best Mac’n’cheese and Chowder drenched fries make ideal sides.

The venue and terrace are also available to hire out and the BOB’s Lobster brigade have put together a canape menu. Mini lobster rolls, Lobster bisque, Crab tostada, Mini cheeseburger slider, is just a taster.
The 80 cover Terrace overlooks the South Bank and offers panoramic views of the river, a perfect daytime or evening spot.

Starting this October BOB’s Lobster at The National Theatre is offering its signature Lobster and crayfish roll with a glass of Nyetimber English sparkling wine for £35.
