Gearoid is a director at Burgundy specialist wine importer, Flint Wines, and a long-time friend of Trinity’s. As a top sommelier Gearoid spent his early career at some of London and Paris’ finest restaurants and became that revered rare bird, a Master Sommelier, in 2009.
His wine knowledge and restaurant expertise are invaluable assets, ready for you to make full use of!
This wine dinner will see you exploring the full scope of Burgundy terrain proving that Burgundy is hard to beat!
