Whether you fancy something sweet like the Club Cocktail in the beautiful Fumoir Bar in Claridge’s, or something sour like The Cottontail exclusively available at The Corinthia, there are cocktails to suit all tastes.

(Twist on a French 75 / Bellini)

  • 35ml Haig Club Clubman
  • 25ml Elderflower
  • 25ml LemonJuice
  • Glass – Martini Glass

Method: Shake and top with champagne

Clubman & Cola

25ml – Haig Clubman

75ml – Cola

Garnish – Wedge of Lime

Glass – High Ball

Method: Fill a highball glass 3/4 with ice. Add 25ml Haig Clubman. Fill to the top with Cola. Add a wedge of lime.
