Executive Chef Ollie Dabbous’ HIDE at Home’s Easter offering will elevate the traditional Easter menu of roast lamb to new heights with his specially curated four course menu available for London-wide delivery from 1st– 4th April.
The menu features a starter of Wye Valley asparagus, ricotta and nut praline tart followed by Elderflower-cured Salmon with Kohlrabi and Broad Beans. For the main event,Roast Rump of Herdwick Lamb will come cooked and served with a fresh Salsa Verde, Grilled Calcot Onions and White Bean Salad.
For pudding, recipients will enjoy a special HIDE Easter Egg filled with Meadowsweet Cream & Apple Compote.
