On Monday 9 December, renowned chef Anthony Demetre and his team will be showcasing their skill with a six-course tasting menu at AD12 atT42.
The evening kicks off with canapés and champagne provided from Piper-Heidsieck, with the tasting menu matched with wines from Jascots.
The aim is to show off fine dining using the best seasonal ingredients. The menu will reflect Anthony’s signature style, as shown at his London restaurants Arbutus, Wild Honey and Les Deux Salons.
