Top chefs Kerth Gumbs of Fenchurch Restaurant and Thomas Lemercier of La Bibliothèque are joining forces for an Four Hands dinner at Fenchurch on Wednesday 5 March, promising an experimental French-Asian-Caribbean feast 37 floors up and for one night only. 

On Wednesday 5th March, these two exciting and talented chefs will come together for one-night-only, offering a unique six-course tasting menu experience with a view 37-floors up in the iconic Walkie-Talkie building that houses the Sky Garden.

Expect an artful fusion of Thom’s French flair and Asian influences, married with Kerth’s playful yet elevated approach to fine dining inspired by his Caribbean heritage.

Dishes from Thom include onion soup, with textures of onion, smoked gouda, clarified broth and Japanese milk bread; roasted monkfish, baby carrot, pickled kumquats, fermented carrot katsu; and whipped buttermilk & lemon thyme panna cotta, pear sorbet.

Kerth brings to the table roast scallop sweet & sour glazed pork belly, burnt apple purée; peppered lamb with gungo peas and mixed grains and an indulgent caramel cake with dulce chocolate, hazelnut and crème fraiche ice cream.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet both chefs and gain insight into the creative process behind this one-of-a-kind menu.

The Kerth Gumbs x Thomas Lemercier Four Hands Dinner is priced at £125pp for six courses plus a glass of champagne. A wine or sake pairing is available at an additional £85 per person.
