On Thursday 28th February, aqua neuva will be celebrating Jerez Festival, an annual festival that pays tribute to the creation of Flamenco at its birthplace, Jerez, in the Southern region of Andalusia, Spain.

On Thursday 28th February at aqua nueva, savour an evening of flamenco dancing performances while enjoying a menu inspired by the Andalusia region of southern Spain, as they celebrate the annual Jerez Festival.
There will be a four-course menu, created by Head Chef Yahir Gonzalez, paired with a selection of Spanish wines.
Throughout your meal they’re also welcoming the duo, Canela Fina!, a traditional flamenco dancer with a Spanish guitarist who will perform during the evening.

Inspired by the food and wine of the dance’s origin, aqua nueva have created a colourful evening with highlights including:
· A four-course menu featuring dishes such as; black seafood alioli croquettes; 24 hour marinated oxtail and aged beef filllet with sherry sauce; and wild mushroom and aerated chocolate served with coffee mousse and clementine sorbet.
· An accompanying bespoke wine pairing chosen by Peter Wallbridge, the expert Spanish wine buyer for UK’s premium wine supplier Enotria & Coe.
