With the turn of the season, Hotel Amano Covent Garden, has unveiled a series of exciting new offerings including innovative new a la carte and tapas menus and ‘Friday Sessions’.
Hotel Amano has two great places to visit Penelope’s restaurant that serves Israeli and Spanish fusion dishes and AMANO Bar offering ‘Friday Sessions’ with first session launching today Friday 13th October.
Penelope’s offers a sizzling selection of new tapas-style sharing dishes and a la carte items carefully curated by veteran Executive Chef Fez Ozalglan.
The tapas menu include freshly prepared Beef Tartare served with spicy harissa and caviar and Potato Churros accompanied by an indulgent whipped cod roe dipping sauce – an inventive twist on the Spanish favourite.
Diners ordering a la carte can opt for highlight dishes such as the Spiced Cod paired with Israeli couscous, mussel escabeche and hawaij spice, Seared Scallops in saffron cream and Kashkaval Fondue, an Instagrammable cheesy delight.
After the supper diners are invited to the lower ground level to Amano Bar for a post-dinner tipple and Live Sessions on Fridays.
Each week from 8pm – 12am, the venue will play host to guest performances from a medley of talented live music acts and bands from ‘The Lights Inc’.
Revellers can choose from an wide selection of spirits, wines, champagnes and cocktails or opt for the new Martini Menu in collaboration with Belvedere & Sipsmith, whilst enjoying the bar’s moody ambience, cosy dark corners and velvet booths, perfect for larger groups.
