One of London’s most vibrant and dynamic areas, Camden Town, has welcomed an all new dining and drinking destination, Gabeto.
This once Victorian two-story stable block promises to be this summer’s hottest new space, set to rival the best in Shoreditch and Fitzrovia.
With food by Head Chef Lee Andrews-formerly of Chiltern Firehouse-, Gabeto boasts a modern brasserie menu that mixes carefully sourced British ingredients with a hint of Latin flavours. Whether it’s chorizo scotch eggs or lamb barbacoa, Gabeto claim their’wood oven infuses dishes with a subtle smoky flavour, sealing in moisture for each succulent bite’.
Eats include tacos, ham hock terrine, beetroot cured salmon and rare-breed steaks from the charcoal oven, all washed down nicely with Gabeto’s signature cocktail: Gabetonia (Absolut raspberry vodka with fresh pomegranate).
Gabeto offers both casual and formal dining from breakfast until late along with a cocktail bar, daytime workspace and an outdoor terrace featuring a regularly changing line-up of street food.
Adorning the walls and menus of Gabeto is a gallery of artwork by John Bulley, the renowned artist behind the Camden Lock bridge. The stylish and arty décor fits seamlessly with the character of Camden Town, making Gabeto the perfect hangout spot for every occasion.
