On Monday 9th February, Honey and Co. will be bringing a taste of the Middle East to Ember Yard.
Husband and wife duo, Itamar and Sarit, will be creating an exciting menu for one night only which will be served alongside Ember Yard’s regular a la carte menu.
Combining Middle Eastern influences with Ember Yard’s charcoal grills, Itamar and Sarit’s menu will start with a quince Bellini followed by Lamb kebab with tahini BBQ sauce, pistachio and Blood orange salad; Tiger Prawn kebab in sweet coriander and chilli sauce; Burnt aubergine, tahini, soft boiled egg, flatbread soldiers; Squash & apple cooked in embers, urfa chilli, chestnut sauce and Little chicken kebab in lemon & sumac, grilled sweet onion & Parsley.
