1 Lombard Street Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie is teaming up with Jazz FM for a unique series of supper club experiences with intimate performances from world-class jazz musicians.
From September through to the first week of October big name jazz artists will be in residence entertaining guests on Saturday nights at 1 Lombard Street with music taken from the ‘Great American Song Book’. On top of this Chef Partner Herbert Berger has created a seasonal themed menu for diners to enjoy.
On Saturday 4th September leading vocalist Anita Wardell will sing music from Rogers and Hammerstein, whilst Saturday 11th sees The Alex Garnett Quartet take to the stage with their dedication to George Gershwin. On 25th John Critchinson, one of the most revered pianists of British Jazz, will head up his trio with the music of Cole Porter. Finally on Saturday 2nd October male vocalist Atila will sing songs from the legendary Johnny Mercer.
1 Lombard Street attracts diners from all over the capital with it’s award winning European cuisine and the Grade II listed surroundings of the restaurant make it a great venue for dinner and jazz.
