The team behind the award-winning Japanese restaurant brand, KibouSUSHI in Cheltenham, are to launch KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar on Battersea’s Northcote Road this April.
Originally the brainchild of restaurateur, Emma Graveney, KibouSUSHI is featured as one of the top places to eat in Cheltenham by Cotswold Life magazine, was Restaurant of the Year finalist in the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards and has also won other high profile awards within the dining out and Asian food sector.
The menu at KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar in SW11 will feature the brand’s trademark authentic steaming bowls of RAMEN, made from pork bone, chicken or vegan broth, freshly prepared KATSU CURRY, and increasingly popular, DONBURI Japanese rice bowls.
Alongside these, you’ll find pillowy steamed BAO BUNS with a variety of fillings, a range of TEMPURA, including their softshell crab, and an extensive range of SUSHI, which includes their signature and much-talked-about VOLCANO ROLL;- salmon, avocado and tobiko FUTOMAKI, tempura fried and served with their own KIBOU house sauce.
To complement the restaurant offering, KIBOU also features its own standalone bar serving a selection of Japanese WHISKY, SAKE, SHŌCHŪ and Japanese brewed beers, as well as a smaller menu of Japanese grazing bar food and platters.
Featuring a range of Japanese spirits, the drinks menu will also include a signature list of classic and contemporary cocktails and highballs, characterised by their intense technical mastery and holistic attention to detail, the very essence of popular Japanese bar culture.
KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar opens in early April 2020 with a limited time soft launch offer of 30% off food* available via their website and for pre-booked customers only. For more information and to sign up to receive the offer visit www.kibou.co.uk
