Scott Hallsworth, head chef and owner of Kurobuta, has decided to go against tradition and is hosting brunch with an Australian/Japanese twist.
Scott will be cooking a live buffet style breakfast inspired by Japanese Izakaya dishes including build-your-own ramen, beer grilled steaks and his signature salmon sashimi pizza. With bottomless beer, wine, brunch punch and a welcome cachaça cocktail it’s less a brunch than a party!
Brunch at Kurobuta Marble Arch begins 31st October, and then continues every Saturday and Sunday from12pm-5pm (last seating 4:30pm).
There are two options, a £35 brunch with the live buffet, unlimited beer and wine, and a cocktail on arrival; and a £45 brunch with the live buffet, unlimited beer, wine and punch, a welcome cocktail on arrival, and a choice of a range of Kurobuta’s normal menu dishes.
