Launching Tuesday 12th March 2019 Andy Taylor of Le Bun is bringing back his hit French-American burgers to Brick Lane.

Pitching up in front of the Old Truman Brewery, Le Bun returns with their much loved classics: Le Truffle Double Double burger (Buzzfeed’s no.1 in London), Le Truffle Cheeseburger and classic Cheeseburger.

New on the menu will be the Truffle Honey Bacon burger – loaded with truffle honey bacon, truffle mayo & confit onions in burnt butter (the first ever bacon-laced burger for Le Bun) and the Le Royale Cheeseburger, Andy’s nod’to the greatest burger joint of all time, In-N-Out’.

There will be rotating specials (follow @LeBunUK on Instagram for updates) including their classic Duck Frites Bun and Le Bourguignon Bun, all served with their signature Fries and Truffle Mayo.

Originally mentored by hit TV chef and author, Gizzi Erskine, and collaborating with US singer, Kelis, in 2016, Le Bun return to their roots after a 2 year hiatus, bringing their burgers back from the festival circuit to London’s East End’where it all began’.
