Everyday Roux – Michel Roux Jr joins forces with Bordeaux Wines

Bordeaux Wines has announced a partnership with two Michelin star chef, Michel Roux Jr, to publish eight of his recipes for entertaining at home.

Michel will be partnering with Bordeaux Wines to promote the 2013 Everyday Bordeaux Wines, a list of wines that the Association of Wine Educators think is best value Bordeaux currently available in the UK, priced between £6 and £20 – the full list for 2013 can be found at here.  

Comments Michel, “I am delighted to be working with Bordeaux Wines to promote some of the wines that are produced in this great region – one that I know well both through my work as a chef and from running the Marathon du Médoc in the past! The wines are the Everyday Bordeaux Wines, so I have developed eight dishes which represent the everyday recipes that I like to cook at home for my family – each one will be matched with a Bordeaux Wine.”
