Pancake Menu At Bill’s Restaurants – plus win free pancakes for the whole year

With Pancake Day just around the corner, Bill’s Restaurant and Bar are celebrating with a new pancake menu that will be available until 1 March across all their restaurants.

Pancake Day is long celebrated and a great excuse to indulge guilt free. Bill’s have created their own pancake haven for those looking to enjoy a pancake or two without creating a messy kitchen in the process.

Inspired by their existing range of pancakes, the Pancake Day specials see variations on these alongside savoury options packed with flavour.

The inclusive menu covers sweet, savoury, indulgent, traditional, vegan as well as options for children allowing everyone to join in the yearly tradition. There are also a couple of pancakes which make the perfect dessert after dinner with a cocktail for a sweet indulgence.

If that wasn’t enough Bill’s will also be running an online competition where participants can win free pancakes for the whole year 

Bill Collison, founder, says “pancakes have always been at the heart of our menu at Bill’s and we have had them on the menu since we opened the original Bill’s in Lewes 19 years ago . On our special menu we have a delicious savoury sweetcorn pancake, as well as some indulgent sweet pancakes which are perfect for sharing.”

The pancakes featured are savoury Sweetcorn Pancakes, Poached Eggs, Feta and Avocado with baby spinach, red pepper dressing, coriander and chilli and Roast Tomato and Black Olive vegan pancakes topped with roast tomato, black olives, spinach and purple basil pesto.

There is also the classic Lemon and Sugar (with a vegan option available) , andoptions of Caramelised Banana and Salted Caramel Ice Cream with warm chocolate sauce and toasted almonds and Frozen Berries and White Chocolate sauce .

The children’s options include Banana and Berries Pancakes with bananas, strawberries, blueberries and Bill’s pancake syrup or Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce Pancakes with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce .

All pancakes are affordably priced with sweet pancakes at £5.95, savoury pancakes at either £8.95 or £9.95 and kids pancakes priced at £3.50.
