Peter Gordon joins forces with fellow New Zealander, Chantelle Nicholson – one off dinner on 10 September
On September 10th, Chef Peter Gordon will be joined at his flagship London restaurant, The Providores and Tapa Room, by his good friend and fellow New Zealander, Chef Chantelle Nicholson, for a collaborative dinner showcasing their varied culinary styles.
The dinner will consist of 6 dishes, each served alternately by the Chef, and presented to an intimate group of diners in the first floor dining room at The Providores and Tapa Room. Throughout the meal the Chefs will present each course, take questions from the floor, and discuss their love of cooking and New Zealand.
Tickets cost £100 per person, inclusive of food, matched wines, service and VAT.

Canapé (Chantelle Nicholson’s):
Sweetcorn mousse, cornbread, charred corn, pickled mushrooms
Snack (Peter Gordon’s): Celeriac kimchi, crispy polenta, goats curd, tuna
Starter (Chantelle Nicholson’s):
Roasted Jerusalem artichokes, spiced prune, pine nut and zhoug
Mains (Peter Gordon’s): Duck, baby gem, spiced coconut broth, kiwi quinoa
Pre-dessert (Chantelle Nicholson’s): “Chouxnut†peanut butter, blackberry
Dessert (Peter Gordon’s):
Manuka honey parfait, feijoa, ginger, pandan meringues
