The Eastern Mediterranean hot spot is going back to its street food roots with a casual menu that puts stuffed pitas centre stage.
The new menu has almost everything served in a pita or paper bag and star of the show is the Miznon pillowy pita.. Celebrity chef Eyal Shani, puts a quirky spin on pita fillings with regional creations that put seasonality and quality at the forefront. The Fish ‘n’ Chips, developed by Shani specifically for London, sees branzino, potato, pickles, aioli, parsley and vinegar in a pocket, whilst the brand-new Rotisserie Broken Chicken comes with tahini, za’atar and spicy green peppers.
Out-of-the-pita options include Miznon’s signature roasted baby cauliflower alongside bags of green beans; Batata: a sweet roasted potato with sour cream and smashed onto a piece of baking paper; and Old City Mezze with falafel, fresh veg and a hard-boiled egg.
For drinks there are four authentic gazoz featuring the best of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours – enjoy them solo or jazz them up withm arak or tequila. Other drinks including cocktails, such as the Foraged Negroni, Paloma or Miznon Mary sitting alongside a selection of London beers, wines and champagne.
Available on-the-go or to eat-in, Miznon Soho is open seven days a week, from 12 noon, closing at 11pm, Monday – Saturday and 10pm Sunday.
