It’s no good bingeing on box sets with empty hands. Something to munch is a must and Tyrrells have come up trumps
Herefordshire based Tyrrells have introduced three well-loved popcorn flavours, each with a typical Tyrrells twist.
Sweet, savoury – or a bit of both – these puffed up kernels of the finest golden corn are distinctly superior in quality.
The new range features specially selected ingredients expertly to give a unique twist on some firm favourites:
Sweet & Salty – The most popular flavour of popcorn in the world, Tyrrells have combined sea salt and caramel to create this sweet and savoury palate pleaser.
Salted caramel was first whipped up by a clever French pastry chef in the late 1970’s. Commonly attributed with’hedonic escalation’ – when each mouthful tastes better than the last.
Each bite returns a complex array of characterful notes
Sweet – Less than 1% of the world’s vanilla flavour comes from real beans but not so at Tyrrells. Its popcorn is made using a pinch of vanilla extract sourced from Madagascan for a creamy flavour and sweet aroma.
Sea Salted – For those who favour a more savoury snack, a sprinkle of flavoursome Sea Salt gets the taste buds dancing.
Harvested and refined to Tyrrells’ standard, sea salt is a natural source of minerals delivering clean and fresh tones on the palate.
Delivering a touch of indulgence, all these, fluffy, butterfly-shaped morsels are also pretty low in calories, making them the perfect snacking partner.
The range is now available in Sainsbury’s and Waitrose & Partners.
