Maze Grill is pleased to announce its upcoming Prime Nights – a series of supper clubs showcasing the restaurant’s expertise in prime steak and sushi – held in both restaurants in Park Walk and Royal Hospital Road this April to September.

JAPANESE TAKEOVER – FROM TOKYO TO SW3, Tuesday 12 April

First up will be a Japanese takeover of the Royal Hospital Road restaurant paying tribute to Japan’s cherry blossom festival. Adorned in fragrant cherry blossom, the venue will host Gordon Ramsay Group’s Executive Sushi Chef, Gohei Kishi, who’ll divulge his expertise as spectators sip cherry-flavoured cocktails and dine on a colourful range of sashimi, sushi, black cod and Dingley Dell pork belly. Then moist matcha green tea swiss roll with sakura jelly will round off the far eastern extravaganza.

£60 per person. Matching wines/sake can be enjoyed for an additional £35

EUROPEAN EVE OF BEEF – FROM EUROPE TO SW10, Tuesday 10 May

Maze Grill Park Walk – famous for carefully ageing its meat in Himalayan salt lockers – is offering a unique opportunity to savour Galician Rubia Gallega beef. This type of beef comes from animals as old as 17 years and has a distinct flavor that is deeper and stronger than the younger. After a broad spread of Mediterranean starters, the prime steaks will come sizzling off the Montague grill, but it’s the beeramisu (tiramisu with beer) to follow that’ll threaten to steal the limelight – it’s the stellar dessert that proves beer and chocolate do go together.

£50 per person. Matching wines can be enjoyed for an additional £35

US INDEPENDENCE DAY EVE OF BEEF, Monday 4 July

Celebrating Independence Day, maze Grill Park Walk will showcase the finest meats America has to offer. Whether it’s USDA Prime Tomahawk rib eye on the bone or Texan brisket that tickles your fancy, whether barbequed chicken wings are your thing or perhaps you’re more of a smoked pork ribs person, there’ll be something here for you. And that includes maze Grill’s renowned Monkey bread – a deliciously sweet, goey pastry popular in the land of stars and stripes.

£50 per person. Matching wines can be enjoyed for an additional £35

SOUTH AMERICAN EVE OF BEEF, Tuesday 20 September

Post this summers Olympics, maze Grill on Royal Hospital Road will offer a compare and contrast supper club that plays off the little-known Brazilian cut picanha against thick t-bones and flaming rib eye on the bone. The feast ends with coffee and chocolate churros, the diptastic doughnut sticks that transcend all culinary barriers.

£50 per person. Matching wines can be enjoyed for an additional £35
